Our new website has lots of exciting new features to make life easier for our Faremine registered agents when booking flights and itineraries for their customers.
As well as new features, some of the regular features may appear slightly differently as part of our upgrade. To help you familiarise yourself with all aspects of the new site, we’ve out together some simple, helpful guides to help with some of the most commonly used elements of the booking system.
Manage my bookings
My Bookings has moved. You need to click into the box at the side of the Welcome Back
messages.
Flexible dates
The Flexible dates calendar has now moved. You need to go into the calendar to make your date
selection, where you will find a box to tick to search 3 days either side of your selected dates.
Reset password
You will be given a temporary password when your account is activated. Log in using these
details, bearing in mind that the username and password are case sensitive.
Fare rules
You will need to expand the fare by clicking on the down arrow. The fare will be expanded and the rules are in the bottom left hand corner.
Fare Breakdown
To see the breakdown of the fares, click on the fare breakdown icon. This will give you the total breakdown of your fare.
Adjustment tool
The adjustment tool has moved. You can now find it on the opposite side of the screen.
